The 7mm Narrow Gauge Association Sales has four departments, for the benefit of members:

Archives, Publications, Modelling Goods and Second Hand.

Publications - Sales

Publications Sales will be closed for the first two weeks of October to enable transfer of stock to Bob Machin. From 19th October, please contact Bob, as detailed below, for your publications requirements.

Members Only

The Association regrets that mail order requests for Association publications cannot be accepted from non-members. A list of our publications trade outlets appears on our Publications page, and we would appreciate non-members availing themselves of these services.

All orders will, wherever possible, be dispatched on the Saturday following receipt, but may be delayed until the following Saturday (For general terms, see below):

POSTAL CHARGES:

1)              The UK Post Free minimum order value has been increased from £35 to £40.

2)              The P&P charge for UK orders under £40-00 has been increased from £1-50 to £2-00

3)              For UK orders under £40 that include bulk items requiring postal tubes e.g. track & rail, the postal charge will be £3-00.

• Sales to overseas members will bear postage at cost
• Credit Card payments will only be accepted for payments in excess of £10.00
• Credit card orders must now be accompanied by the 3 digit security code (on the reverse of the card) in addition to card number and expiry date. We are unable to process orders without it.
• Cheques should be made payable to The 7mm Narrow Gauge Association and be payable in pounds Sterling
• Goods will be despatched within 14 days of receipt, usually less, except when the relevant Sales Officer is on holiday which will be announced well in advance
• Credit will not be granted so please avoid embarrassment by not asking
• Please quote your membership number with all transactions
• If any goods or publications are received damaged, deficient, or are not as expected, please contact the appropriate sales officer, in the first instance, to discuss refund or replacement.

The Association mailing list will be used to advise members of the latest releases, news and offers available. Some of these will only be available to members

Please ensure that all orders are addressed to the appropriate Sales Officer and that postage must be added to each order at the appropriate rate Orders should not include both modelling goods and publications as these cannot be processed and such orders will be returned.
